Congress temporarily extended the 2018 Farm Bill, which means we have a few more months to make sure the next farm bill improves and protects essential nutritional programs like The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) and the Supplementation Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).

September is Hunger Action Month. Hunger exists in every county in the U.S., affecting 48 million Americans including 15 million children.
