When will we need to being using the online system?

Pilot agencies started training in SIMC in the early fall of 2024. The Service Insight Manager will contact your agency in the coming months to discuss the timeline. Our current goal is to have all agencies in some stage of training by the end of 2026 with implication by the end of 2027.
